What further makes the
program
unique isn't just the battery of critical standardized tests
we conduct; it is what we then do with the test results.
Oread analyzes each set of results; and using both
industry/scientific standards and Oread's vast pre-clinical
experience, an objective rating is determined for each test.
A test result or several test results are used to generate a raw score from 0 to 5. The raw scores are weighted by relative importance and then combined to produce a single race index - an objective way to rate each candidate on a scale of 0 - 100. Simply put, through a sophisticated, proprietary
algorithm, the
program turns hundreds of pages of raw
data into a single, objective score - the
index. This
index is valuable as a tool for comparing multiple analogs.
Additionally, Oread is working with several clients to
compile a data archive to hone the
index into an even
more precise decision-making tool.
